Piers Plowright, long time parishioner and former BBC Radio Producer, will be interviewing Peter Stanford a British writer, editor, journalist and presenter and former editor of the Catholic Herald on the impact of Pope Francis on the Catholic Church.
The talk will take place in St Mary's Church and will begin promptly at 5pm, and as per usual there will be a light drinks reception at the end in the Parish rooms. This event will be slightly more informal in style than previous bicentenary events in terms of its delivery. Both Piers and Peter are gifted speakers and this promises to be a good event.
